COMGA is having its annual Holiday Luncheon and you're invited. If you're newly certified or have never been to the Holiday Luncheon, this is a social event with no meeting or training involved. Come and get together with your friends and strike up conversations with people you haven't gotten to know, yet. Watch the slide show running on the back wall with highlights of the year. We'll hold a free raffle with prizes. There will be lots of delicious food to enjoy. Come at noon to socialize and we'll start the luncheon buffet at 12:30.
Bleu Bite Catering of Bend will provide a Build Your Own Bowl main course. You’ll assemble your bowl of Chipotle Chicken and/or Mediterranean Chickpea, along with sides of rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, cheese, olives, tomato, cucumbers, pickled cauliflower, avocado, sour cream, and salsa/sauce. Vegetarians can choose the Mediterranean Chickpea. COMGA will provide coffee, tea, sodas and water.
Since people love to make their special Holiday treats for this time of the year, we’d like everyone to bring an appetizer, a dessert or a fruit platter to share. Also, in the COMGA tradition, please bring a canned good as a donation for the St. Vincent de Paul food bank in Redmond.
There is no cost for Master Gardeners, trainees or Friends of Master Gardeners to attend. Guests are welcome but you will be charged $16 per guest. (checks made out to COMGA).
Please RSVP by Wednesday, December 4th to let us know if you’re able to attend and if you’ll be bringing a guest. We need an accurate head count so we don’t pay for food that could go uneaten.
